Welcome to my Web site!

About Me:
I was born in July of 1968, that makes me??? ...you do the math..  My favorite hobby is working out. I love the pump after a hard workout, no drug can duplicate that feeling.  I keep in very good shape so that I can continue to offer a great strong massage. I am a kind, understanding person who enjoys helping and healing others through massage. I have been blessed with healing hands, and I love sharing my gift with those who can appreciate a great massage.

About my Massage Education:
I am a professional certified massage therapist. I have been in the massage business since 1994.  I studied massage at The Massage Arts and Science Center of Philadelphia. My studies included Anatomy and Physiology as well as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and Sports Massage. I make each massage specific to the needs of the client. I am able to adjust the pressure to your tastes, either a light touch or deep.  My work as a Fitness Trainer has enhanced my massage work as well.  The two have given me a complete understanding of the human body.

About my work:
I have combined the best of the techniques listed above to put together a thorough massage, that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. If you want to feel better, relax, unwind and get rid of your stress, then my massage is your answer.  I have a strong soothing touch and want to make you feel better.  I do a great job & I am the very best at what I do.  Let's talk I am here f
or you to give you the finest professional massage. I know that you will feel so wonderful, very loose and stress free. I offer IN or OUT calls.

Massage Facts:
Here is one of the best benefits on massage:
The University of Miami's Touch Research Institute has found evidence that massage may help immune-system function, by reducing the body's production of the stress hormone cortisol. This could be a great way to prevent getting a cold.

Here is another:
Swedish massage affects the circulatory, lymph, and parasympathetic nervous system. It is very relaxing, soothing and will make you feel tranquil and tension-free. Massage takes away your stress and makes you feel calm and at ease.
Massage promotes better sleep and by sleeping better you will function better during your day.
